Terms of Service — wawesome

This is a placeholder. The wording below states the shape of the agreement and will be replaced by the final text before general availability. The version identifier on this page is real: it is what the platform records when you accept, and it changes whenever this document does.

1. The agreement

These terms are the agreement between you and wawesome for your use of the platform — the dashboard, the command-line tool, the API, and the functions you deploy through them. You accept them when you create a workspace.

2. Your workspace

You are responsible for what you deploy, for the people you invite into your workspace, and for keeping your credentials to yourself. You keep the rights to your own code; deploying it grants us only what we need to run and serve it.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to break the law, to attack anyone, to send unsolicited mail, or to run anything designed to exhaust shared capacity. We may restrict a workspace that does, and will say why.

4. Plans, allowances and payment

Each plan states what it grants. Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you chose. Usage beyond a plan’s allowance is refused rather than billed, unless you have agreed otherwise.

5. The free plan

The free plan is offered indefinitely rather than as a trial, but it is not a commitment: we reserve the right to change what it grants, or to withdraw it, on notice.

6. Changes to these terms

We give you 30 days’ notice of any change that materially affects you. That is why acceptance is recorded against a version — so we know which text you agreed to and what we owe you notice about.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the platform available and make no guarantee that it always will be. Our liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Ending the agreement

You may close your workspace at any time. We may end this agreement for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, with notice where it is safe to give it.

9. Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law, and disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands.
