Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

wawesome operates this platform and decides how the personal data described here is handled.

2. What we hold

Your name and email address, taken from the identity provider you signed in with. Your workspace’s name and its addresses. Records of what you deployed and when. Operational records of requests your functions served, and of payments, where you have a paid plan.

3. Why we hold it

To run the account you asked us to run. The lawful basis is the performance of our contract with you — the terms you accepted — and, for accounting records, our legal obligations. We do not ask you to consent to processing, because consent is not the basis we rely on.

4. Cookies

The dashboard sets cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in. There is no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracker on the website or in the dashboard. If that ever changes, we will ask you before setting anything that is not strictly necessary.

5. Who else sees it

The suppliers we need to run the service: hosting, the identity provider, the payment processor, and error reporting. Each handles data on our instructions only. We do not sell personal data.

6. How long we keep it

Account records for as long as you have a workspace, and for as long afterwards as the law requires us to keep them. Operational logs are kept for a short retention window and then deleted.

7. Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to us and we will answer within a month. You may also complain to the Dutch data protection authority.

8. Changes

We give you 30 days’ notice of any change that materially affects you, which is why your acceptance is recorded against the version identifier above.
